PHC: Health Center Displaying "No Data to display" After Drill Down Into Web Server

Symptoms
Customer able to see JVM Heap on the Health Center dashboard.
However, when they drill down into the web server information on the dashboard , JVM Heap information is not displayed. Instead a message "No Data to display" is shown.
Customer are able to see other details like System Information, Thread Pool etc.,
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to PIA
2. Navigate to PeopleTools -> Health Center -> Health Center.
3. Drill down into the web server information on the dashboard , JVM Heap information is not displayed. Instead a message "No Data to display" is shown.
