The Document Upload page appears blank when an employee reaches that step in a Life Event Template.
1. From the Employee Self Service screen, open a Life Event (Navigation: Benefit Details tile > Life Events).
2. Enter the date of the event and click Start Life Event.
3. On the Welcome page, click the Next button.
4. On the [Life Event] Date page, click Submit.
5. On the Submit Confirmation page, click OK.
6. On the [Life Event] Date page, click the Next button.
7. The Document Upload page displays as blank.
