STATEMENT:

After applying patch 26357138 in peoplesoft 9.1
The generated file EMDUPE.A01 still has errors when we try to upload to ATO.
The file already has FEMPA012.0 version in the file.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Apply patch 26357138
2.Run Payment Summary process
3.File error outed
