USF Leave Accrual for Grandfather Carryover Is Not Reflected In The GVT_ACCR_SUM Page For Employee's Leave Balance. (Doc ID 2296931.1)

Grandfather Carryover, when added to the USF Accrual Enrollment page, does not update when the USF Leave Accrual process is run.  We are unable to get the values to reflect in GVT_ACCR_SUMM page after running the GVT_ACCR process.

expect Leave balance to reflect appropriately.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manually add Grandfather Carryover to the Update Leave Accrual Elections page. Navigation: Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data USF > Update Leave Accrual Elections.
2. Create and confirm the next pay periods Payroll. Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USF > produce Payroll > confirm Payroll
2. Run the USF Leave Accrual process. Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USF > Produce Payroll > Calculate Leave Accruals.
4. Review the Leave Accrual balance for the employee to see no update for Grandfather carryover. Navigation: Payroll for North America > Periodic Payroll Events USF > Balance Adjustments > Accruals
