Error When Trying To Save Email Address and Phone Number in Employee Self Service (Doc ID 2299748.1)

When log in as a self service user, getting the below error message when trying to add a phone number or email address.

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member Cancel. (180,236) FUNCLIB_CI.CI_FUNCTIONS.FieldFormula Name:ciGetCIKeys PCPC:39483 Statement:811
Called from:FUNCLIB_WF.WF_CI_FUNCTIONS.FieldFormula Name:ExecuteCINoFramework Statement:1153
Called from:HR_EMAIL_ADDRESSES.GBL.HR_LINK_WRK.SAVE_PB.FieldChange Statement:51

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Self Service > Personal Information >Phone Numbers/ Email Addresses
2. Click the Add Phone Number /Email Address button
3. Click Save
4. Then error message appears, and are unable to save the information
