Symptoms
When trying to create an EFT file with more than 5,000 Payments, an error occurs.
ERROR
SQR 1500) Array element out of range (5000) for array 'pm_specifications' on line 1491.
STEPS
1. Create 9,999 Vouchers for one Vendor
2. Run the Pay Cycle so it will select all the Vouchers
3. FIN2025.SQR will fail
