Errors related to HRS_POS_DTA_C_1 Record definition after applying 9.2 HCM PUM Image 23

Symptoms
Customers on applying Image 23 are facing the following errors :
1) On Clicking on Search on Search Applicants page, users get the error : Could not add record HRS_POS_DTA_C_1 for Page HRS_REC_SCHAPP. Make sure record exists and does not contain corrupt data (15,62)
2) On Clicking on Search Job Openings page, users get the error : Could not add record HRS_POS_DTA_C_1 for page HRS_JO_360. Make sure record exists and does not contain corrupt data. (15,62) 3)
While applying 25553990 Bug ID from Image 23, user received a warning for view HRS_POS_DTA_C_1 stating: Warning: HRS_POS_DTA_C_1 - Record definition does not exist. Record not processed. (76,73)
Changes
In the CREATEVW.LOG, the statement "Creating View HRS_POS_DTA_C_1" is present which indicates that the view was going to be created.
On searching PUM #23 for the object HRS_POS_DTA_C_1 , it was found that it is associated with <Bug 25553990> fixed in HCM 9.2 Image 22 (and and earlier <Bug 22117629> as well).
