Symptoms
When debug is turned on for AMDPCALC.SQR, the process abends with the following error. When debug is turned off, the SQR completes successfully.

(SQR 1944) The date 'Round-Generic' is not in the format
specified by SQR_DB_DATE_FORMAT or in one of the accepted
formats listed below:

SYYYYMMDD[HH24[MI[SS[NNNNNN]]]]
SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting.
Steps
---------
This issue can be replicated by performing the following steps:
1) Set up trace on app engine that calls the SQR: AM_DEPR_CALC.
2) Set up debug options on the called SQR: AMDPCALC.
3) Create an asset in Express ADD.
4) Submit depreciation for the asset.
