Symptoms
Marital Status Change is set to allow the database to be updated and no Proof/Approval is required for the Divorce Life Event
When employee enters a Divorce Life Event through Self Service, a new effective-dated personal data record is entered for the employee with Marital Status set to Divorced. Similarly, a new effective-dated spouse's dependent
record should be entered with a Relationship of Exspouse and a Marital Status of Divorced, but currently no such record is being created.
