Why Can a New Calendar Year Not Be Added on the ACA Form Options Page?

When trying to add a row on the ACA Form Options page for 2017, the following error occurs:

Invalid value - press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)

The value entered in the field does not match one of the allowable values. You can see the allowable values by
pressing the Prompt button or hyperlink.

1. Navigate to ACA Form Options page (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > ACA Preparation > ACA Form Options).
2. Click the “+” button to add a new Calendar Year.
3. Click Save.
