Information in this document applies to any platform.
On the Life Event Document Upload page, a maximum of 2 documents will be listed in the Life Event Documents section, regardless of the number of Attachments listed for the event in Maintain Definitions.
1. Add more than 2 attachments to a particular Life Event (Navigation: Setup HCM > Common Definitions > Attachments > Maintain Definitions).
2. Create a new Life Event for an employee (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Life Events).
3. Complete Life Event up to the point of reaching the Document Upload page.
