Symptoms
When trying to open an attachment on GL Reconciliations or GL Journals on fluid approval page, the attachment couldn't be opened. Nothing happens on the screen, no error message appears, the attachment just doesn't open.
Please see replication steps for GL Recon Approval scenario:
1. Open a reconciliation Approval that has an attachment
2. Try to open the attachment
