Federal Leave Accruals (FGPACCRL): Balances Not Being Moved between Accrual Classes

When an employee’s enrollment in an Earnings Accrual Class changes, leave balances for the old Accrual Class are not automatically transferred to the new Accrual Class when the Calculate Leave Accrual (Federal) process is run.
1. Enter a new Earnings Accrual Class enrollment for an employee and terminate the old one (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data USF > Update Leave Accrual Elections).
2. Run the Calculate Leave Accrual process (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USF > Produce Payroll > Calculate Leave Accruals).
3. Check the Accrual Summary page for the employee for the two Earnings Accrual Classes (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Periodic Payroll Events USF > Balance Adjustments > Accruals > Accrual Summary).
