Content References Delivered With Wrong Portal Node

Goal
Could you tell me why Campus Solutions 9.2 delivered 189 content references with the HRMS portal node name in the EMPLOYEE portal? The data conversion steps of the CS 9.2 upgrade change the portal node from HRMS to SA. Shouldn't these content references also have a portal node name of SA rather than HRMS? The content references appear to be all for folders.
