When using statistical accounts and amounts in the spreadsheet journal it throws an error
ERROR

Imported 0 Journals - System ID (unit, Journal ID, Date) Reference, Description
A currency exchange rate is invalid on line 1 because the account entered is a statistics account
STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Using the spreadsheet journal import, add a journal that has statistical amounts and accounts.
2. Try to upload the journal - receive error
