Users expect the cursor to be initially placed on the first editable field when opening a PeopleSoft application page. Instead the cursor is placed on the Expand/Contract arrow of the first section on the page.

Goal

Users want to see the cursor on the first editable field so they can use the TAB button and enter data, without the mouse.
