EGL9.1: Brazilian Localization - Summary Balance, Trial Balance & General Daily Reports Are Not Displaying In The Correct Format for Brazil Reports

Symptoms
SQR reports are not displaying in the correct format
All ledger account reports are displaying in US format, but it needs to be in Brazilian format. It is not considering the regional localization.
Example : The report is displaying the amount $ 1,000,000.00 in US format with thousand separator (comma) and decimal separator (period) whereas the correct Brazil format is $ 1.000.000,00 with thousand separator (period) and decimal separator (comma)
The issue can be replicated in below reports:
Main Menu > Statutory Reports > General Ledger > Summary Balance report [GLS7013]
Main Menu > Statutory Reports > General Ledger > Trial Balance report [GLS7014/GLS7018]
Navigate to Main Menu > Statutory Reports > General Ledger > General Daily report [GLBRL001]
