Error message when Viewing Printable Version in PO

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Login to PIA on 2 different computers.
2. Open a dispatched Purchase order on one computer and open another dispatched Purchase Order on another computer.
3. Click on View Printable Version on each computer for the respective PO. A prompt asking whether to print the PO with/without Distribution will pop up.
4. Click on Yes on both computers at the exact same time.
5. An Error message appears on both the Purchase Orders as shown in the screenshot attachment.
