PO Amount only functionality in PUM23

PUM 23 introduced the new amount only flag. The Amount Only functionality for work orders in the maintenance management module is utilized when staging the procurement data on the work order to the PO_ITM_STG record. (Setting for Maintenance business unit is set to create purchase orders). The work order allows purchase on/hand functionality to create PO_ITM_STG records where the in flag the amount only field is checked. THe PO_POCREATE application engine called from PO_AUTO_SRC does not create rows in the following records:PS_REQ_HASH,PS_PO_HASH and PS_WM_WO_PO_HASH. I have attached a trace file for the PO_AUTO_SRC.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the amt only flag is selected on the Maintenance Management Work Order, the hash data is not created after the staged data is processed via PO_AUTO_SRC

STEPS
---------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Amount Only work order
2. Stage for a purchase order
3. Run the PO Auto Source process
4. Query PS_REQ_HDR, PS_PO_HASH and PS_VM_WO_PO_HASH. Data is not populated.
