Symptoms
Actual Behavior:

Allocation reversal journals are not getting posted to commitment control ledgers even though the budget status is VALID.
Expected Behavior:
-------------------
Reversal Journals should show up in commitment control ledgers when status is valid and posted
Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1. Edit, Post and Budget check a journal using Batch edit
a. Original Journal – Set up to reverse at the beginning of next period . Commitment Control Amount Type = Actual And Recognized
b. After edit is complete the original and Reversal journal is posted and the budget status is Valid for the reversal journal.
2. Query the PS_KK_SOURCE_HDR table for the journal
a. COMMITMENT CONTROL has only one journal. Reversal journal does not show up.
