Symptoms

Query Manager runs to success, but errors are encountered using Download to Excel.
 
"Excel cannot open the file because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file."

Other symptoms:

Getting the following error in 'stderr' file:

"java.io.IOException: There is not enough space in the file system.".
