How to enable the Generate Letter button?
We are using approvals for Job Offers. We also have Online Job Offers turned on, but I do not wish to make this particular offer an online one. I prepared an offer, submitted it for approval and approved it. On the Prepare Job Offer page, I want to manually generate the offer letter. First, I don't see the Letter Template field, but when I select Edit Offer, the field displays. Note that I do not want to change any offer details, nor resubmit it for approval, I just want to generate the letter.
Now that I have selected Edit Offer and selected the delivered template (LTROF1), the Generate Letter button is grey-out.
How do I activate this button?
