Hours of One Type of Leave Taken Are Not Adding to Service Hours for Another Leave Plan Type (Doc ID 2348389.1)

Symptoms

In PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2, the hours taken for one Leave Plan Type are not adding to Service Hours for the another Leave Plan Type. Since that second Leave Plan Type accrues leave on an hour-per-hour basis, this results in an understated accrual for that second Plan Type.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Confirm a payroll for employees who have taken hours of Leave for a specific Leave Plan Type (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Confirm Payroll).
2. Review the Leave Accrual records for another Plan Type for Unprocessed Service Hours (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Leave Accruals > Review Accrual Balances).
