On : 9.2 PUM 22 PT 8.54.14
When an Applicant attempts to upload a resume the following error occurs.

There is no current buffer context. (2,681) HRS_CE.GBL.HRS_CE_WRK.HRS_RES_OPT_PB.FieldChange PCPC:3983 Statement:66
The executing PeopleCode has attempted to do an operation that refers to the current buffer context, but there is no such context in the environment that the PeopleCode is running in.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As an Applicant get to the Resume Page and click “Attach Resume”
2. Select the file by clicking Browse button and selecting the file
3. Click “Upload” button and receive the above error.
