Symptoms

After unzipping the WebLogic patch file p*********_******_Generic.zip, when trying to install the patch using the command ./bsu.sh -install -patch_download_dir={MW_HOME}/utils/bsu/cache_dir -patchlist={PATCH_ID} -prod_dir={MW_HOME}/{WL_HOME} it results in the following error message:
