Performance issue in ARUPDATE Process

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run receivables update process to create accounting entries for 1720 pending items in 173 Groups.
2. AR_PGG_SERV.MNTRATE.MNTRT1 take long time to run
