Goal
In Resource Management "Resource Options - Data Sources" setup option, users selected "Peoplesoft Finanicals Database" as maintaining employee and non-employee data. Using PS HRMS to send over core EMPLID information but want to control resource competencies and accomplishments in financials. How? And the RS_EMPLID_TBL doesn't not get populated with HRMS Emplids. Normally when users select an EMPLID to be available to Resource Management, the RS_WORKER_TBL and the RS_EMPLID_TBL would get populated. But the RS_EMPLID_TBL is not getting populated with HRMS Emplids. Question is, Is working as designed?
