Inconsistent SES Search Results after running PTSF_GENFEED.

search results should be consistent.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run PTSF_GENFEED process
2. Review message log for indexes created
3. Navigate to Find Learning and note record counts
4. Repeat and note count discrepancy.
