Symptoms
When attempting to use My Team Tile, the Related Information Chart Preview are showing Blank (no data).
Managers Should be Able to View the Information in the Related Chart Preview when Using Manager Self Service
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in PS/PS
2. Navigate to Manager Self Service (Fluid) Home Page> My Team Tile
3. The Related Information Chart Preview for Charts is Blank
