Symptoms
Chartfield Request search page does not give checkbox option to select multiple values when 'in' search option is used for Entered By and Request fields.
It's expected that there should be a checkbox for each row in the lookup so that the desired values can be selected to support the 'in' option, like it's available for Set ID field.
