Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Chartfield Request search page does not give checkbox option to select multiple values when 'in' search option is used for Entered By and Request fields

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should be a checkbox for each row in the lookup so that the desired values can be selected to support the 'in' option

WHAT IS WORKING
----------------------------
The Look Up for SetID includes the checkboxes to select multiple values when using `in`

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design ChartFields > Define Values > ChartField Request.
2. Click the Find an Existing Value tab.
3. Choose the `in` option for the Requester field or Entered By field
4. Click the magnifying glass
 - The Look Up does not have checkbox for each value.
