Symptoms
1) Navigation to Page Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Manage Request Approval
2) SUP_OB_MASS_APR page takes over 25 seconds to come up, In PUM25 Vanilla instances it takes less than 2 seconds.
3) Issue is with the long load time for the initial page.
