Symptoms
Issue
-------
Recurrence run for the processes are not working as expected as the as the Job data of future hires are not accessible on the effective date of hiring even after the auto run of the processes.
Only after the manual run ,these processes are behaving as expected.
a - Refresh Groups (SCRTY_GB_REF)
b - Refresh SJT_CLASS_ALL (SCRTY_CLSUPD)
c - Refresh SJT_OPR_CLASS (SCRTY_OPRCLS)
d- Refresh TRANS SJT Tables (SCRTY_SJTUPD)
