E-AD Supplier Request Search Templates Does Not Load in 8.56.06 Tools Environment (Doc ID 2381582.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add a new Supplier Request Template in Tools 8.56.06, the search page does not load. It stays just displaying the clock status. This process works ok in Tools 8.55.x environment.

Navigate to Supplier Request Templates page:
1. Click Add a New Value tab
2. Enter a random value in Supplier Request Template ID field In the Request Type dropdown field
3. Select Register New Suppliers
4. Click Add button
5. Page just display the clock. No Error Message displayed and page does not load

Changes

 The List and List Box properties of field OPRID are checked by default in Tools 8.56.06
