Symptoms
When navigate to Setup HCMS> Production Related> eBenefits>Life Event>Template
Click on Fluid template tab
Click on Template Composer
Receive the following message
SecurityException: You do not have access to Activity Guide Instance 'AG00001LLL'. (263,90)
This also occur when attempting to update the templates from PeopleTools > Portal > Activity Gide > Manage Templates or (pre-Image 31) Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Activity Guide Composer > Manage Templates/(Image 31 and later Enterprise Components> Activity Guide Composer > Manage Templates.
