Symptoms
While applying 9.2 PI 21 or higher on a lower 9.2 PUM image level CA step 'Copying Update Project - Part2' failed with below error:
Steps to Replicate:
1. Create upgrade change package with make me current option
2. Apply change package with help of change assistant
