Job Posting Keyword Search Returns No Results

When trying to do keyword search for Job Postings no results are returned, even though there are Jobs containing the keyword used.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Recruiting > Careers
1. Navigate to Main Menu: Employee Self Service > Recruiting > Open Job Posting
2. Enter 'Specialist' in Keyword search
3. Note 'No Results Found'
