Symptoms
On PT 8.55.19. When trying to upgrade from Image 6 to Image 26, the following step in Change Assistant is failing:
Applying Managed Object ADS Projects > Copying ADS MO Project From File - IP
The Log has the following errors:
There are validation errors in data set PTPPB_GROUPLET (257,351)

Checked the Data Migration Workbench for the Data Set Name = PTPPB_GROUPLET. For all of the Object Owner IDs = FAP, the Validation Report had the following information:
Record Name = PTPPB_GROUPLET
Validation Type = Translate Value Edit
Message Severity = Error
Message Text =
While performing a translate table validation, the provided value does not seem to be available in the translate values defined for this field. Please address this issue and perform the validations again.
Explanation =
VALUE: FAP specified for the FIELD: PTGPLT_TP_OWNID on the RECORD: PTPPB_GROUPLET is not found in the Translate Table (257,503)

It appears that the field, PTGPLT_TP_OWNID, is populated with the value of 'FAP', on the record, PTPPB_GROUPLET, when it should be left blank.
STEPS
1. Using Change Assistant, apply Image 26
2. Step Applying Managed Object ADS Projects > Copying ADS MO Project From File - IP, will fail
3. Navigate to PeopleTools > Lifecycle Tools > Migrate Data > Data Migration Workbench
4. Display the Image 26 Project
5. Under Data Set Name, click on the link for PTPPB_GROUPLET
6. Under Messages, click on the icon for one of the items where Object Owner ID = FAP
7. Under Validation Report, above error will appear
