ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When performing FLUID Find Learning Advanced Search using Learning Objective filter, the search results are not getting filtered based on the Learning Objective.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
The search should return only results specific to the Learning Objective filter.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open FLUID Find Learning - Advanced Search
2. Enter a Learning Objective and click Search
3. Notice that all the results are returned without filtering based on the Learning Objective
