E:INST - Is there a way to decouple a combined PS_HOME and PS_APP_HOME (Doc ID 2385628.1)

Goal

Qn1:We are on tools 8.54.32 and HCM 9.2. We'd like to go to the decoupled home. Currently application and tools are in the same folder (PS_HOME).

Can you tell the method to do this? There is no upgrade going on currently
