E-SEC: Kerberos Authentication Does not Work After Upgrade to PT 8.56

Symptoms
PT 8.56.06
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- External SSO with Kerberos is no longer working after upgrading to PT 8.56. This worked fine in prior versions including PT 8.55 until PT 8.55.21. The %Request.GetHeader() function seems to be empty when authentication takes place from Kerberos.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- This should be working as before.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. User attempts to get into PeopleSoft using External SSO link. with IE this works fine but with Chrome or Firefox the first attempt fails, but if the user clicks the link again for a second try, it works.
