Trying to Add a New Procurement Contract in upgraded 9.2 environment errors (Doc ID 2391858.1)

Goal

 On an upgraded 9.2  PUM 26 environment users trying to add a new procurement contract or open existing contract get errors

Steps
1) User tried to enter a new procurement contract and get an error message 2,641.

Error:

Page CNTRCT_HDR2 not in current Component. (2,641) CNTRCT_HDR.Activate PCPC:399 Statement:10
A PeopleCode program has attempted to create or use a Page object that references a Page that is not part of the current Component.
Examine the PeopleCode program that generates the error message and correct the problem.

2) A similar error is displayed when we try to open an existing contract, error message 2,155.

GetField: Field 'CNTRCT_MST_WRK.ADD_CNTRCT_PB' not found in scroll level 0. (2,155) CNTRCT_HDR.CNTRCT_STATUS.RowInit Name:Gray_Hdr PCPC:7847 Statement:94

The specified field was not found in the indicated scroll level. This may occur with various PeopleCode built-in functions that specify a "scroll context" via a series of records and a field name.
Review the PeopleCode that is generating the message and the page definition and correct as appropriate.
