eBenefits Fluid: Related Content Does Display Links for Non Life Events (Doc ID 2394095.1)

Symptoms

 When an employee opens events for Open Enrollment or Event Maintenance (Hire) events using the Fluid Navigation, the Related Content Drop Down is not showing the links.

Replication Steps:

1. Open OE event for an employee
2. Log in as employee
3. Navigate using Fluid to Employee Self Service > Benefit Details > Benefits Enrollment
4. Select the Open event to see that the Related Content drop down displays but does nothing when selected.
