Goal

Why does Document Status Lifecycle does not show Purchase Order, Receipt, Voucher icon visible?

Example #1 - Strategic Sourcing is Awarded to Contract
1) Navigation: Sourcing > Maintain Events > Event Document Status
When viewing the Strategic Sourcing Document Status, it appears to display the full life cycle of the Procurement, from Requisition to Voucher. This Event was sourced to a Contract and all the linked transactions are visible.

2) Navigation: Purchasing > Requisitions > Review Requisition Information > Document Status
Referencing the Requisition linked to the above Strategic Sourcing Event, the Document Status only displays the Contract as a linked transaction. This view is missing the Purchase Order, Receipts, and Vouchers for this Requisition.

3) Navigation: Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Review PO Information > Document Status
Referencing the Purchase Order from the above Strategic Sourcing Event. It is missing reference to the Requisition and the Strategic Sourcing Event.

Example #2 - Strategic Sourcing is Awarded to Purchase Order
1) Navigation: Sourcing > Maintain Events > Event Document Status
When viewing the Strategic Sourcing Event Document Status, multiple relevant transactions display as being linked to this Transaction id. However, the Purchase Order is linked to a Contract and is missing from this view.

2)Navigation: Purchasing > Requisitions > Review Requisition Information > Document Status
Referencing the Requisition linked to the above Strategic Sourcing Event, it appears to display the full life cycle of the Procurement, from Requisition to Payment. This Event was sourced to a Purchase Order and all the linked transactions are visible.
