ESS - Personal Details Fluid Navigation With Lagging Or Delayed Response

When the user navigates to ESS-Personal Details, navigation between clicks on the left-panel and response within the right-panel is very slow. The right-side page Title changes, but the details underneath remain as the previous panel.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as PS/PS
2. Goto ESS > Personal Details Tile > Click on Contact Details
3. Click on Emergency contacts and instantly click on the + sign
4. System becomes unresponsive.
