Same Item Added As Separate Lines When Adding From Item Description Page

Symptoms

When adding same item twice from item description page item adding in separate lines instead of adding quantity to existing line.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1.Go to eProcurement Requisition
2.Search for the Item
3.Click on Item description
5.Add item Qty-1 UOM -BOX from supplier2
6.Item added to cart
7.Now click again on Item description from the search results against suppier2
8.Add Qty-1 UOM -BOX from supplier2
9.Item added as separate lines in shopping cart
