Symptoms

On : 9.2 version 27 (Image 21. For the Lease Administration module, every  bug up to Image 27 (excluding Bugs for PeopleTools 8.56)), Leases
  

When creating a New Lease, the below message is displayed, the Message continues to pop-up while entering data for the New Lease.

ERROR
-----------------------
Maximum number of records found matching specified key(s) -- others not included in list. (4,2)
  
When performing a Lookup, the database returned more rows than can be accommodated in the list box.

Use a Partial Key value or Advanced Search to limit the number of rows returned or specify more characters to further qualify the key value.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Navigate to Lease Administration > Payables Leases > Create New Lease

2. Go to “Add a new Value”.

3. Click Add.
