Symptoms
Unable to view employee data in HEALTH_BENEFITS component or any benefit related component as the HEALTH_BENEFIT component search record (EMPL_BEN_SRCH) returns zero values. This is also affecting many other components,

1. Benefits > Enroll In Benefits > Health Benefits, search for an employee
