Maintain Teleworker Has Hardcoded Value

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Within the Maintain Teleworker component, on the 3rd tab – bottom of the page; Telework Agreement status and reason can be stored.
For the status Denied, Terminated by Employee, Terminated by Manager – Specific reasons are being displayed in the drop down.
The link between the Status and the Reasons is hard coded in the PeopleCode, therefore you cannot add any reason for existing Status
nor can add new status with related reasons.
PeopleBooks says for Federal these reasons are hardcoded for other customers you should be able to update:
"Organizations may want to monitor and track status changes associated to a telework request. There are four delivered statuses for this
feature. The US Federal Government requires these values and reasons. Other customers can modify or use these values as their organizational
policy deems fit."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Menu Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Maintain Teleworkers
2. On third tab - 'Agreement'
3. Cannot make changes to the reason codes
