ETL9.2: Related Actions Override Configured MSS Approve Reported Time Employee Selection Criteria

On : 9.2 version, PUM 25
configured MSS Employee Selection Criteria to only display time reporter Group and Emplid. However, from the weekly time fluid page, using related actions, it will override the MSS selection criteria that's configured in the installation table
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.setup hcm > product specific > T& L
2.manager search defaults, uncheck "include in criteria" for all except GroupID and Emplid
4.login as Manager
5.Click Team Time
6.approve reported time (Verify that there are only 2 fields in the employee selection criteria)
7.click weekly time
8. get employees
9. click onto EE
10.click the related actions drop down next to her name and select approve reported time
11. "employee selection" is collapsed (this is also configured in the installation table to be expanded.. you'll also see all the fields that you hid in step 2.
