Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Functional Profile Management issues

Error adding same School level Achv twice- Also incorrect conversion

Issue: When an applicant adds 2 entries in school education with the same ‘Level Achieved’, the system throws an error message – ‘
The Effdt is different in both entries.

You are trying to enter a value which you have already entered. Duplicate entries are not allowed. Please try again or cancel’.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Setup HRMS > Product Related > Profile Management > Profiles > Profile Types
Added a couple of fields and changed a few labels for School Education.
School Education – Property Attributes:
Content Section Configuration page - Setup HRMS > Product Related > Recruiting > Templates
> Content Section Configuration
2. Added School Education on the Resume Template:
Nav: Setup HRMS > Product Related > Recruiting > Templates > Resume Template
3. As an applicant, apply for a Job: Add a row in School Education
4. User has completed 2 professional courses. Hence add 2 entries under School Education with
Level achieved = Professional Education.
First entry in School Education:
Second entry under School Education:
5. When user enters the second row and clicks on ‘Done’, they get error.
